Our exclusive Shadowing Program is designed for nursing students, licensed nurses, and practicing injectors looking to explore or refine their skills in aesthetic medicine. This program provides a unique opportunity to gain invaluable insight into clinical workflows, client consultations, and advanced aesthetic treatments by observing our experienced team in a real clinic environment. Hosted at both our Detroit and Riverview locations, this program matches you 1-on-1 with an experienced nurse injector for a completely personalized learning experience.
1-on-1 Clinical Observation: Spend 4 hours observing real-time patient appointments alongside one of our skilled nurse injectors.
Diverse Treatment Exposure: Observe a variety of medical aesthetic appointments, including cosmetic neurotoxins (Botox, Jeuveau), dermal fillers, laser treatments, and medical weight loss consultations.
Interactive Learning Environment: Engage directly with your assigned injector by asking treatment-relevant questions throughout your shadowing session.
Tiered Experience Levels: Choose to shadow a Level 1 Nurse Injector (3+ years of experience) or a Level 2 Lead Nurse Injector (7+ years of experience) based on your personal professional goals.
Flexible Packages: Choose between booking a single 4-hour foundational session or an immersive three-session package to maximize your clinical exposure.
*Please note: This is an observational, non-participatory experience. To maintain patient privacy, no phones or recording devices are permitted, and all participants are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to their session. Malpractice insurance is not required, but a valid nursing license must be provided if applicable.
